Louis Stephens Road Water Main Replacement

The project includes the relocation of approximately 450 LF of 12-inch water line between Poplar Pike Land and Grey Marble Road along Louis Stephens Drive. The water line requires relocation to avoid conflict with the proposed roadway improvements associated with the NCDOT Louis Stephens Drive Extension (U-5827) Project. CJS is working as the Town’s engineer through the On-Call Engineering Services Contract to provide preliminary evaluations, design, permitting, easement mapping, bidding assistance, and construction phase services.
