NW MAYNARD ROAD WATER MAIN AND SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS

This project consisted of a 3,100 LF of new 24-inch ductile iron reinforcing water main within the road pavement of NW Maynard Road, with connections at High House Road and Old Apex Road, and three bore and jack installations. Additionally, the project included the construction of approximately 1,800 feet of new sidewalk and handicap ramps. CJS was selected by the Town of Cary to provide project engineering including design, permitting, easement surveying and mapping, bidding, and construction phase services. The project is mostly within NCDOT right-of-way, with water main and sidewalk easements where required. Close coordination with NCDOT and other stakeholders was a critical component of the project.
